When does it go live?

The platform is built and running — you can try it on the live demo today. Waitlist members get priority activation and 50% off for life for the first 100 merchants.

What is the sales commission?

From 5% on the free plan down to 0% on Enterprise — lower than Salla (2.5%) and Zid (1.5%) on paid plans.

Is the platform fully Arabic?

Yes — native Arabic RTL across the dashboard and storefront, with full English support and multi-language stores on Pro and above.

Can I migrate from Salla or Zid?

Yes — import tools for products and customers, plus a dedicated migration team for Enterprise. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.

How does the built-in accounting work?

Business and above include a full double-entry system: journal entries posted automatically from orders, P&L, cash flow and bank reconciliation — with no external accounting software.

What does warehouse management cover?

Bin locations, pick-and-pack routes, cycle counts, purchase orders and supplier management — a real WMS built into the platform on Business and above.

At Eltogar ("the Platform") we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, company, phone
Operational data: orders, products, inventory, shipments
Technical data: login logs, IP address, browser type

How we use your data

To run the platform, send notifications, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing your data

We share data with service providers (Shopify, Stripe, shipping carriers) only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your data at support@eltogar.com.

Connecting your Facebook / Instagram accounts

When you connect your Facebook Page, business Instagram account, or Meta ad account to the platform, we only access the data you explicitly authorize during Meta login, including:

Your Facebook Page name and linked Instagram account (to show them in the social inbox)
Messenger and Instagram DM conversations for your Page, shown and replied to only from within the platform
The ad account you choose, to create and manage your real Meta ad campaigns on your behalf
Campaign performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, attributed revenue) for accurate in-platform analytics

Access tokens are stored encrypted, and we only reach the specific Page or ad account you designate — not everything your Facebook account manages. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Social, which revokes the token with Meta and deletes our stored connection data immediately.

If you remove our app directly from your Facebook settings (instead of using the in-platform disconnect button), Meta sends an automatic data-deletion request that we execute immediately on our servers; you can check the status of any deletion request via the link Meta provides after removal.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade or cancel from your billing settings.

Usage limits

Every plan has order and user limits. Exceeding a limit requires a plan upgrade.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts toward availability without express warranties.
